True Karoo does not accept returns or offer refunds on any orders. Due to the nature of frozen meat products, all sales are final.

In exceptional circumstances, we may issue a refund at our discretion, provided the order has not yet been dispatched. To request this, contact us at [email address] before your order ships.

Once your box has left our facility, no refunds or cancellations can be processed.
